The kill order movie. There should be a hand grenade. Equip it and throw it at the chainsaw maniac. If it stuns him, unload your TMP on him. When he gets back up, turn around and go to the place where you can get the bonus time on top of the building. Toss a grenade down there and then it will stun him, watch your back while you unload on him.
