I also realize that a compressed video might not show as big of a difference between the PC and PS4 comparison, that's why I just wanted more opinions.

Unity is fucked on all platforms. Assuming your're not bating, all games so far are better on PC. Even when the pc versions has issues, like Watch Dogs or Black Flag, it's still a better experience.
